Working with me

For people who want to decode their genetics, find the root cause of symptoms that have gone unresolved for too long, or simply understand their bodies more deeply.

Who this is for

I work with two kinds of people: those with ongoing symptoms despite "normal" labs, and generally healthy people who want to understand what their DNA means for the long run.

Either way, the method is the same. I take your genes (if you have them), your symptoms, your labs, and your history, and read them together as one biochemical picture. What you get back is a practical plan with a timeline, not a generic handout.

I hold a PhD in nutritional science and focus on the pathways that are most often overlooked: methylation, transsulfuration, neurotransmitter metabolism, histamine regulation, mitochondrial energy, and nutrient absorption.

Common reasons people reach out Chronic fatigue with no clear cause · histamine intolerance or MCAS · POTS nutritional support · anxiety or low mood tied to nutrient status · MTHFR, COMT, or folate pathway questions · interpreting raw 23andMe, AncestryDNA, or whole genome data · joint hypermobility and connective tissue questions · medication and supplement reactions · a second opinion on an existing plan

How it works

  1. Complete the intake form. About 8 to 10 minutes: symptoms, health history, DNA data, lab work, goals, and budget. There is an "anything else" box where you can ask about sliding scale pricing.
  2. We confirm the right package. My assistant reaches out within 1 to 2 business days to confirm your tier and explain next steps. No payment is taken until this conversation.
  3. I review everything before we meet. Genetic data, labs, and your intake get analyzed in advance, including full pathway analysis for whole genome sequencing cases.
  4. We meet by video. I share your genetic maps and pathway diagrams on screen, connect your genetics and symptoms to the pathways involved, and we build a phased plan: supplements, diet, botanicals, medication considerations, and contraindications.
  5. You get a written summary. A referenced PDF you can share with your doctor. A follow-up call is included.
Already booked? Before your consultation, complete the symptom screeners that match your concerns. Your answers come straight to me and feed your report.

One consultation, one price

Every client gets the full workup. Whether you arrive with a raw DNA file, a folder of labs, or just a long list of symptoms, I read everything you have together and build the plan from there. No tiers, no upsell.

The Consultation

For chronic or unexplained symptoms, a deep read of your DNA, or both

$600

  • Full genetic pathway analysis from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, or whole genome data, if you have it
  • Detailed symptom and pathway assessment (no DNA required)
  • Lab and medication review when available
  • Video consultation with your pathway maps on screen
  • Root-cause map with diet, supplement, botanical, and lifestyle recommendations
  • Phased protocol timeline and a referenced PDF summary for your doctor
  • Follow-up call included
Sliding scale, self-selected

Cost should not be the reason you don't get answers. Pick the price that fits your situation on the intake form. No application, no explanation needed, and the consultation is identical at every tier.

  • $600 standard
  • $450 if money is tight
  • $300 if it's the difference between booking and not

Payment plans are available at every tier.

Common questions

Is DNA data required?

No. I can work from symptoms, labs, and history alone, though genetic data adds precision. If testing would help, I'll point you to the most cost-effective options.

Is this the same as seeing a doctor?

No. I'm a PhD scientist, not a licensed physician, and I don't diagnose or treat disease. The goal is a referenced, actionable framework you can bring to your doctor.

What does a consultation look like?

Sessions are by video call. I share your genetic maps and pathway diagrams on screen as we go, and you receive a PDF summary afterward.

How long until the first consultation?

Typically 1 to 2 weeks after intake, longer for whole genome sequencing cases that need alignment first.

How does the sliding scale work?

You choose your tier on the intake form: $600, $450, or $300. Nobody asks why. The consultation itself is the same at every price.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. Consultations are virtual. DNA export and lab testing options vary by country, and my assistant can help you sort that out.

Ready to get started?

Fill out the intake form. It takes about 8 to 10 minutes and is the first step toward a plan that's actually built for you.
