How engagements work
- Discovery call. Send a short project overview and we'll schedule a call to scope it.
- Written proposal. Deliverables, timeline, and pricing in writing before any work begins. Hourly rates apply to open-ended work; project pricing applies to defined deliverables. Retainers are available.
- Confidential by default. All work is covered by a confidentiality agreement, and clients are never listed publicly without permission.
